Schedule showings for any homes you'd like to visit in person.

Step 3

Follow the apply link & then complete the pet application below, even if you don't have pets.

Summary of Rental Qualifications and Application Process

Required Information:

Government issued ID and proof of income (3 most recent pay stubs, 6 month bank statements, tax returns, voucher, award letter, etc.).

Landlord contact info for last 3 years.

All adults aged 18+ must apply & pay a $85 app fee (non-refundable).

½ of the monthly rent must be paid with the application to hold the unit and pull it off the market.

Pet Policy

If pets are allowed at a particular property, we require all pets to be screened using PetScreening.com. Pets must receive at least a "3 Paw" score on their scale in order to be accepted. There will be a pet deposit and/or fee, depending on the number of pets and their "paw score." All applicants with registered service animals will also be required to complete an animal profile, at no charge to the applicant.

No more than 2 pets of any kind will be allowed and pet applications will be subject to property insurance limitations or community deed restrictions. You can view all our pet requirements on our Pets page.

There is no cost for No Pet or Verified Service and/or Comfort Animals.

Pet Profile

A Pet Profile is a simple and secure digital tool that allows you to sort and manage your pet’s information all in one place. It includes: pet photos, vaccination records, microchip information and behavioral traits. There is a special section for assistance animals.

A Pet Profile makes it easy to share this information with all of your pet’s service providers including; veterinarians, groomers, doggie day cares, pet sitters, and animal hospitals.

Applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each of their pets or service/companion animals prior to final application approval. Pet screenings are $20 for the first pet and $15 for additional pets paid directly to the third-party service. Verified service/support animal registration is free.

1. All pets must be properly licensed, have shots required by statute, and be spayed or neutered. Please be prepared to show documentation.

2. Breeds with an aggressive behavior nature are prohibited.

3. Some properties have restrictions on the number of pets and/or the size of the pet. Please check with the property listing or Rental Consultant for specific details.

4. Be prepared to provide a picture of your pet and vaccination records.

Common Reasons to be Declined

We're excited to welcome you to your new home. Please use the checklist below as a guideline for a seamless introduction to your rental property:

Incomplete application, evictions, collections from landlords, credit score below 600, insufficient income, and unqualified occupants.

Within the last 7 years, any felonies of illegal manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance, felonies resulting in bodily harm or intentional damage or destruction of property for example, "arson".

Any sexual related offenses.
