Clogged Toilets

If your toilet is clogged, you can typically unclog the pipe using a plunger. Simply place the plunger in the basin and create a seal over the drain. Pump the handle up and down until the basin drains.

Sink & Shower Clogs

If your sink or shower isn't draining properly, you may be able to use a hand auger to remove any clogs from the pipe. Please do not use chemical cleaners to attempt to clear the pipe, as these could damage the plumbing system.

If you lose electrical power in your rental property, contact the utility company to troubleshoot the problem. There may be outages in your area or billing issues to blame.

If after speaking with the electrical company you still need help, give us a call.

If you don't have hot water in your rental, locate the water heater and verify that all settings on the tank are accurate. If your heater is gas-powered, verify that the pilot light remains lit.

If you make any changes to the temperature settings, wait 15 minutes before testing the heater again.

If your heat or air conditioning isn't working properly, use the central thermostat in your home to troubleshoot the problem. You may be able to cycle the system off and back on again to restore the defaults.
